Nervous About that First Kiss?
Doesn’t matter what age you are and whether this is your first date or your first date, after a long break.
I love this video and the voice over. So, if you are young or inexperienced – this step by step guide will help – and hopefully help you to lighten up too. If you are a senior and thinking of dating again, have a laugh while you relearn and remember.
Check your breath. Avoid strong foods like onion, garlic or strong flavours. Suck a breath mint if need be.
Be confident – it is much harder to get a kiss after a failed attempt.
Start simply; tilt your head slightly to one side, lean forward and press your lips onto your partner’s lips, softly. Vary the amount you open your and close your mouth, and change rhythm too.
This refers to the type of kiss where you insert your tongue deep into the other person’s mouth and move it around.
Avoid swirling your tongue around aggressively and don’t let your entire tongue go completely limp and floppy either. You can move to the neck if it feels right.
